Frameless windows NF3 and NF4 OBSIDIAN. When glass replaces the wall.
Large-format windows are not a novelty in architecture. Nearly a century ago, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe worked with them when designing the famous Villa Tugendhat in Brno. Since then, however, glazing technologies have undergone significant evolution. Today, they make it possible to create expansive glass surfaces with minimal visible frames and outstanding thermal insulation properties.

NF3 and NF4 OBSIDIAN. Proprietary frameless window technology.
Where conventional aluminum window systems reach their structural and dimensional limits, the proprietary OBSIDIAN solution steps in.
NF3 OBSIDIAN uses triple insulating glass, while NF4 OBSIDIAN utilizes quadruple insulating glass, pushing the boundaries of thermal insulation and comfort.
Both systems are the result of in-house development, years of experience, and precise robotic manufacturing of insulating glass. They enable the creation of large, continuous glazed surfaces with concealed frames and clean architectural details.

Large-format glazing without conventional limits
At OBSIDIAN, we manufacture insulating glass up to dimensions of 6,000 × 3,210 mm. Thanks to the integration of our own development, production, and installation, we can deliver even technically demanding projects that exceed the capabilities of standard window systems.
Our frameless windows have been used for years in modern family homes, villas, and custom architectural projects.
“Our goal is not just to produce larger windows. We want to offer freedom in design and find solutions even where conventional systems hit their limits.” Ing. Lukáš Kozubík, Director of OBSIDIAN Glass
