Ten steps, zero compromises

A fully automatic line, from the glass loader through cutting, grinding, laser inspection, and the robotic SuperSpacer, all the way to exit handling. Our production operates completely paperless. The management of individual processes and machines is secured by an ERP system, which minimizes the risk of errors caused by human factor.

Sheets of base glass wait in the automatic rack warehouse. A manipulator with vacuum suction cups selects the required size, type of glass, or coating and transports it to the cutting table - without physical handling, without the risk of edge scratching.

The CNC cutting table cuts the sheet precisely according to the digital manufacturing drawing. An algorithm optimizes the yield and minimizes waste. After cutting, the sheets are automatically broken off and moved further down the line - meanwhile, the operator inspects the cut quality and measures the diagonals.

Vertical CNC grinding machine

Quality is hidden in the details - the strength of the glass is determined primarily by the quality of the edge. The vertical CNC grinder polishes all sides in a single pass, always with consistent geometry. The pane can then enter the insulating glass and tempering process without tension.

Quality Control - Laser Scanner

After processing, all glass panes pass through a laser scanner that monitors the surface on a millimeter grid. Optical defects, microcracks, and point impurities are immediately displayed on the monitor, and the defective pane leaves the line before a finished insulating triple- or quadruple-glazed unit is created.

The spacers must align perfectly - which is why we have a robot apply them. The flexible, warm-edge SuperSpacer is applied in a single, uninterrupted track, without joints in the corners and free from human error. The result: better tightness, longer lifespan of the triple/quadruple glazing, and a stable temperature profile around the entire perimeter.
